Pastor Art Pawlowski is back in a courtroom in Calgary this week to answer to a charge of hosting an illegal gathering in violation of COVID restriction in December 2020.

His illegal gathering? An open-air soup kitchen and Christmas festival that was part of the weekly anti-lockdown protest that takes place still to this day on the plaza in front of city hall.

I was in the courtroom Tuesday with one of our newer Rebels, Selene Galas, who is learning the ropes of courtroom reporting. It's not as exciting as I make it seem but it's important work to be the eyes and ears of the public, especially when the mainstream media doesn't show up — not that you could trust them anyway.

  • EZRA LEVANT | Is it true that technology will make millions of people useless? That’s what the World Economic Forum says.

His name is Yuval Noah Harari.

    GUEST: Lord Conrad Black

alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

I haven’t flown in a very long time. So it’s with a small degree of schadenfreude — that’s the German word for taking joy in someone else’s misery — that I see stories like this from airports.

GUEST: Alex Stein was suspended from Twitter after his coverage of the Drag The Kids To Pride event in Dallas, Texas this weekend.

In Episode No. 17 of Miss Understood, we discuss the claim that trans swimmer Lia Thomas has a biological advantage over female competitors and address the slippery slope that enables female-identifying male sex offenders to stay in female prisons.

Plus, there is a rising trend in anti-woman subcultures — is feminism to blame?

alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

The chief judge of Canada has not forgotten the odour of anarchy. He was talking about the truckers. And that’s what he said.

    June 3rd, 2022  |  40 mins 37 secs
alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

Welcome to Rebel Roundup, ladies, and gentlemen – and the rest of you – in which we look back at some of the very best commentaries of the week by your favourite Rebels. I’m your host, David Menzies.

Well, the 2022 edition of the World Economic Forum is over and done with. We had a huge team of Rebel News reporters covering this gathering, and one of those reporters, Lewis Brackpool, will join me to offer his thoughts on this elitist conference.

Say, did you know that the federal government used taxpayer dollars to pay “influencers” to convince citizens to comply with the COVID lockdowns? Did you know that the government is being secretive about this scheme? Sheila Gunn Reid has all the nitty-gritty details.

And letters; we get your letters; we get your letters every minute of every day. And I’ll share some of your responses about our story regarding Rob Stocki, a retired Ottawa police officer, who recently found out that he had his phone wiretapped by law enforcement. And why was that you ask? Great question. No reason was given for the wiretapping, but Rob suspects his so-called “crime” was taking part in the freedom convoy that descended upon Ottawa in late January. Unbelievable…

Those are your Rebels now let’s round them up…

  • EZRA LEVANT | Doug Ford slouches back into government with a majority

    June 3rd, 2022  |  43 mins 11 secs
alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

Turnout in the previous election was 57 per cent. That wasn't great, but it was respectable these days for Canada.
This time, voter turnout was just 43 per cent.
    GUEST: Tamara Ugolini

  • ANDREW CHAPADOS | Ryan Long: The media is setting you up for failure

    June 2nd, 2022  |  55 mins 41 secs
alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

Comedian Ryan Long returns to Andrew Says to talk some serious, and very un-serious topics. Long explains why he thinks certain media outlets and television shows set people up for failure when inevitable backlash comes their way.

In terms of left vs right, Long parses through the minefield of political theatrics and criticizes Beto O'Rourke as well as right-wing pundits who take advantage of situations for their own agenda, as well.

Long also explains how characters from his man-on-the-street videos in New York City have increased in popularity, turning videos into full-length conversations with an absurd cast of characters.

Andrew and Ryan also discuss Toronto lore, such as the 'Cashman' Russell Oliver, and Durham Region, where they are both from.

  • EZRA LEVANT | A conversation with a Media Party insider — it's quite revealing!

    June 2nd, 2022  |  54 mins 13 secs
alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

I saw the most astonishing comment the other day, coming from a charter member of the Media Party. It truly was a work of art; it should be in a museum of some sort — it just captures the essence of the sneering media elites. It’s on Twitter, so it was meant as a sort of sneer, a sort of virtue signal, as most tweets are; a sign of status.
GUEST: Selene Galas on Trudeau' visit to Calgary last night.

  • SHEILA GUNN REID | Lewis Brackpool's Great Reset debrief after reporting on the World Economic Forum

The New York Times and the Washington Post were at the WEF meetings in Davos, Switzerland this year, not as reporters but as activists. You can't trust the mainstream media.

That's why Rebel News sent a six-person team to Davos to bring you the other side of the story — the truth — about the WEF agenda.

One of those reporters, Lewis Brackpool, joins me tonight for a debrief of what he saw, what he heard and what he is working on next to expose the WEF and their Great Reset.

    June 1st, 2022  |  39 mins 9 secs
alberta, canada, conservative, culture, ezra levant, news, politics, pop culture, rebel, trudeau, trump

I was very surprised to see this yesterday. It’s a public comment, on Twitter, by Alexis von Hoensbroech, the CEO of WestJet, Canada’s second-largest airline.

GUEST: Franco Terrazzano, Federal Director of the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, on his recent article 'Documents show PMO staff held meetings on home equity taxes.'
